We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Junior Technician to join our team in the CSSD department at Aster MIMS Kannur. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in healthcare technology and excellent technical skills.

Roles and Responsibility
- Operate and maintain medical equipment and instruments in the CSSD department.
- Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and supplies for procedures.
- Assist surgeons and other medical staff during surgeries and operations.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergencies or complications.
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality patient care.

Job Requirements
- Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment.
- Familiarity with medical software and electronic health records systems.
