Exponentia.Digital is looking for an Associate – Performance Marketing to join our team in Pune.

What you’ll work on:
- Plan, execute & optimize paid campaigns across Meta & Google Ads
- Monitor campaign performance and key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR & ROAS
- Analyze data and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance
- Assist with audience targeting, budget allocation and campaign strategy
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences and ad copies
- Prepare performance reports and derive actionable insights
- Collaborate with creative, SEO, content and account management teams

What we’re looking for:
Understanding of Performance Marketing & Paid Advertising
Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
Robust analytical and data interpretation skills
Familiarity with campaign metrics and optimization techniques
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cooperative environment
Prior internship or hands-on experience in performance marketing is a plus

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
