JOB SUMMARY
Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a
new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the
name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs,
this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital
infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for
AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Manager – Program
Management for Chennai location to lead strategic customer programs, drive
operational excellence,
and strengthen cross-functional collaboration within a
manufacturing environment.
This role requires a strong leader who can manage complex projects, mentor
teams, influence stakeholders, and deliver business outcomes while maintaining a
high level of customer satisfaction.

What a typical day looks like:
* Lead and manage high-impact customer programs from planning through
execution, ensuring delivery against business objectives, timelines, quality,
and financial targets while being familiar with related tools.
* Drive cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Engineering, Supply
Chain, Finance, Quality, and Customer Focus Teams (CFT) to ensure seamless
program execution.
* Provide Strong People leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members,
fostering a culture of accountability, problem-solving, and continuous
improvement.
