A DAY IN THE LIFE

The Energy-Based Devices portfolio focuses on technologies that support tissue
dissection, vessel sealing, and procedural efficiency across a broad range of
surgical specialties. This customer-facing sales role works closely with
surgeons, operating room staff, hospital stakeholders, and channel partners to
drive adoption of advanced surgical technologies while supporting clinical and
commercial objectives within the assigned territory.

This position is based in Gurgaon and is a field-based role requiring regular
customer visits, operating room presence, account management activities, and




engagement with healthcare professionals across the territory. Travel is 70% for
the said territory coverage area.

This role is responsible for driving sales performance, supporting product
adoption, and building strong clinical and commercial relationships within the
assigned territory. The individual will work closely with healthcare
professionals to support product evaluations, identify growth opportunities, and
execute territory plans that contribute to business objectives.

* Achieve territory sales targets by driving product utilization, account
penetration, and customer engagement across assigned accounts.
* Conduct daily sales calls and develop relationships with surgeons, operating
room staff, purchasing teams, and hospital decision-makers.
