Assistant Sales Manager

Job Summary

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for driving sales and
revenue growth of progressive cavity pumps (PCPs) across the assigned regions.
This role will involve building and nurturing relationships with recent and
existing customers, identifying market opportunities, and managing the full
sales cycle. The RSM will work closely with the technical and support teams to
deliver customized solutions to clients in diverse industries such as oil and
gas, water treatment, food and beverage, chemicals, mining, and others.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets for
progressive cavity pumps across India.
* Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, target
industries, and customer needs.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop a competitive sales
approach.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, engineers,
consultants, and distributors.




* Provide technical support and guidance to customers on product selection and
application.
* Lead the entire sales process from lead generation, product presentations,
negotiation, to closing the sale.
* Coordinate with the engineering and product teams to ensure timely delivery
and installation of pumps and associated equipment.
* Identify and target new clients in key industrial sectors where PCPs can
offer a significant advantage.
* Increase market share in existing client accounts and expand into untapped
regions or industries.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and
opportunities in CRM/Excel tools.
* Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market intelligence
to the senior management

Technical Knowledge & Support

* Possess in-depth technical knowledge of progressive cavity pumps, their
applications, and advantages.
* Provide technical support to clients and assist with troubleshooting and
mainten
