Even as a young firm we bring a lot of industry depth and expertise, with over 175 staff and multiple flagship clients across Distribution, Underwriting, Claims and Reinsurance.

nWe are looking for an experienced Business Development leader with a proven track record of selling Software or Services to US P&C; Carriers. While we are open to candidates from various backgrounds in the Insurance sector and allied fields, demonstrated knowledge and success in P&C; sector is a MUST. Strong knowledge of Underwriting and Claims processes, understanding of the SaaS and AI vendor eco system is essential and a non negotiable criteria..

nThis is a senior role. The candidate will play a key role in defining the Go To Market Strategy and execute the sales and marketing game plan. We expect the person to be highly ambitious and self managed - being able to identify and manage sales pursuits on their own, backed by Product,



Marketing and Inside Sales colleagues.

- At least 5 - 7 years in the US P&C; Insurance industryn
- Deep understanding P&C; Insurance concepts, processes and technology vendorsn
- Good existing market knowledge and contacts in the industryn
- Knowledge of key conference, events and other marketing channelsn
- Demonstrated track record of closing sales independently and driving growthn
- Robust communication and negotiation skillsn
