nWe are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven On-Platform Advertising specialist to manage and optimize digital ad campaigns for smartphones across Flipkart. This role involves implementing ad campaigns, monitoring performance, and maximizing ad revenue while ensuring a smooth user experience.

nKey Responsibilities:
nManaging and running Display ads and Search on Flipkart
nMonitor analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess ad performance.
nCollaborate with marketing, Sales, content, and design teams for seamless and end to end
nexecution
nManage end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring alignment with overall marketing
nstrategies and business goals.
nTroubleshoot ad delivery issues and ensure compliance with industry standards and policies.
nGenerate and share daily, weekly and monthly performance reports and suggest insights and
nimprovements.

nRequirement :
nHands-on experience with Flipkart Ads – both Display Ads and Search Ads.
nKnowledge of latest ad solutions offered by Flipkart.
nStrong understanding of campaign strategy, optimization & performance tracking
nAbility to analyze data and drive high-performing campaigns
nA mindset focused on ROI, scaling, and continuous improvement
nAbility to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
