Key Responsibilities

Creative & Visual Design
- Conceptualize and design visually compelling layouts across digital, print, social, outdoor and campaign-led media.
- Create brand-aligned creatives for fashion campaigns, websites, CRM, performance marketing, and in-store communication.
- Translate fashion trends, references and concepts into strong visual narratives that elevate brand perception.
- Design static, animated (gif) and light motion graphic assets where required.
- Working on AI based apps to generate visuals and graphics related to Fashion and beyond is a must.

Branding & Consistency
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries where appropriate.
- Maintain consistency in typography, color, layout systems and overall visual identity as per the brand language across touchpoints.
- Work on logo adaptations, branding assets and visual systems as needed.

Collaboration & Execution
- Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, photographers, stylists, content, marketing teams and external agencies to bring ideas to life.




- Interpret briefs, ask the right creative questions and deliver designs aligned with campaign objectives.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high design quality and attention to detail.
- Guide and Approve design adapts made by junior designers.

Trends & Innovation
- Stay up to date with global fashion, design, typography, and visual communication trends.
- Bring fresh ideas, references and innovations into the design process.
- Continuously refine and elevate creative output through experimentation and iteration.
- Experimenting and designing new styles is central to this role.

Key Requirements

Experience & Portfolio
- 8–9 years of qualified experience in graphic design, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, retail or luxury brands.
- Strong portfolio showcasing fashion-led design work, layouts, campaigns and branding systems.
- Experience working on multi-channel brand
