Role Requirements:-

Business Partnering
- Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on people-related matters.
- Build robust relationships with leaders to understand business priorities and workforce challenges.
- Support business leaders in executing people strategies that drive engagement, performance, and growth.
- Participate in leadership team discussions,



providing people insights and recommendations.

Talent & Workforce Planning
- Support workforce planning activities, including headcount management and organisational design.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition teams on recruitment planning, requisition approvals, and hiring decisions.
- Facilitate internal mobility and career development opportunities across the organisation.
- Support succession planning and talent review processes.

Performance & Talent Management
- Coach managers through the performance management cycle, including goal setting, development discussions, and annual reviews.
- Support identification and development of high-potential talent.
- Facilitate performance improvement plans where required.
- Drive a culture of continuous feedback, accountability, and development.

Employee Relations
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinary issues, grievances, atten
