Position: Mechanical CAD Engineer

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Automotive, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.

Role Summary:
Responsible for designing and developing mechanical components and assemblies for automotive systems using CAD tools, supporting prototype development, manufacturing, testing, and product improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design mechanical parts, assemblies, and vehicle components
- Create 3D models, 2D drawings, layouts, and manufacturing drawings using CAD tools (Creo preferred)
- Prepare BOMs and engineering documentation
- Perform basic engineering calculations, tolerance analysis, and packaging studies
- Apply GD&T;, DFM, DFA, and engineering design practices
- Select materials, fasteners, and mechanical components
- Support prototype development, testing,



troubleshooting, and design validation
- Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, electrical, procurement teams, and suppliers
- Maintain engineering changes and revision-controlled drawings
