Responsibilities
Enhance the deposit pool and drive cross-selling of non-deposit products including Mutual Funds and Insurance. Ensure high standards of customer service and regulatory compliance. Generate fee income and contribute to branch profitability (P&L;). Oversee branch administration and manage team productivity and morale.
