Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting talent to onboarding recent hires. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source, attract, and engage candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referral programs. Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
