We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marsh Tech - TE2A (Innovation Center) team part of our Marsh Tech business at Marsh. This role will be based in Noida/Gurugram/Pune. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Your Experience & Values
- 9+ years of experience
- Proficiency in a modern frontend framework, ideally React (Vue or Angular are also great)
- Hands-on experience with NestJS / NodeJS or a similar technology stack
- Experience with or knowledge of Python
- Strong comprehension of restful APIs
- A creative, problem-solving mindset that drives your work
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Romanian
- Knowledge on LLM's
- Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques
- Knowledge on RAG
