Description
Role Purpose
The AGM – Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic customer relationships, expanding market presence, and leading the sales team for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), EV Energy Solutions, and related products. The role will focus on achieving business targets, key account management, channel development, and identifying current market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute annual sales and business development strategies.
- Drive achievement of revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
- Identify growth opportunities across utility-scale, commercial & industrial (C&I;), telecom, data center, OEM, and renewable energy sectors.
- Prepare sales forecasts and business plans aligned with organizational objectives.

Business Development
- Develop new customers and strategic partnerships.
- Build relationships with EPC companies, renewable developers, utilities, OEMs, and government agencies.
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiations for high-value projects.




- Expand the company's presence in new geographies and market segments.

Key Account Management
- Manage relationships with strategic customers and key stakeholders.
- Ensure customer retention and repeat business.
- Handle contract negotiations and long-term business agreements.
- Resolve critical customer issues and maintain customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop regional sales managers and sales executives.
- Establish sales targets and monitor performance against KPIs.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and capability-building initiatives.
- Foster a high-performance sales culture.

Tender & Commercial Management
- Review and approve techno-commercial proposals.
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract closures.
- Support participation in government and private tenders.
- Ensure compliance with commercial and contractual requirements.
