As a Services Delivery Manager, you’ll lead operational delivery across a skilled services organisation supporting enterprise cybersecurity projects throughout India. You’ll oversee consultants delivering complex security implementations, migrations, upgrades, and customer engagements. The role combines people leadership, resource planning, delivery governance, customer management, and operational strategy in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with customers, sales, solution engineering, technical support, and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes. You’ll also drive consultant development, utilisation, certification, and career progression while identifying opportunities to strengthen service offerings. A key part of the role involves managing critical escalations and ensuring effective communication and resolution across stakeholders.

Accountabilities:
- Operational Leadership: Lead day-to-day operational delivery activities across the India Professional Services project delivery organisation, ensuring projects and customer engagements are executed effectively.
- Resource Planning: Develop and execute personnel and resource management plans, balancing consultant capacity, project requirements, utilisation, and business objectives.
- Consultant Development: Identify skills gaps and development opportunities, support career progression, conduct regular 1:1 meetings, and mentor consultants to strengthen team capabilities.
- Certification & Technical Growth: Drive initiatives that maintain and increase consultant technical certifications and ensure the team has the skills required for current and future delivery needs.
