- 3+ years of SAP experience with AMS/Support and Rollout Projects. N
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP APO Support (AMS). N
- Strong knowledge of SAPAPO planning processes and standard business functionalities. N
- Experience in Enterprise Structure, Master Data troubleshooting, and Planning Book maintenance. N
- Experience in Forecast Validation, Planning Run Monitoring, and APO Job Monitoring. N
- Expertise in resolving CIF/Integration issues between ECC/S4HANA and APO. N
- Good understanding of customized business processes/templates. N
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. N
- Good communication and customer-facing skills. N
- Experience in handling incidents/tickets through tools like ServiceNow/ITSM. N
