CPQ Support & Test Specialist

Experience: 4 to 10 Years
Location: Chennai (On-site)

• Have experience planning and executing functional and regression testing

• Have experience working in agile environments and collaborating with development teams
• Advantage to have knowledge of Oracle CPQ, product configuration, pricing structures, and quoting processes

More specifically, you will be





• Managing and resolving daily CPQ incidents, user issues, and system errors
• Acting as the first point of contact for CPQ-related support requests
• Investigating root causes and coordinating issue resolution with developers and stakeholders
• Supporting user administration, access management, and system maintenance activities
• Planning, executing, and documenting test activities for current developments and releases
• Validating enhancements, bug fixes, and system changes before deployment
• Contributing to platform stability, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives
