Strong SAP HCM/Payroll ABAP experience; payroll schemas/PCR-related technical support; payroll clusters and results; infotypes; enhancements, BAdIs and user exits; custom functions/operations where appropriate; interfaces, IDocs/APIs/files; debugging complex payroll issues; performance tuning and large-volume payroll processing; experience working within clean-core principles preferred.Robust technical experience with Payroll-to-FI posting; HR ABAP development; payroll results and clusters; posting programs, symbolic accounts and GL integration; enhancement frameworks/BAdIs/user exits; error handling and reconciliation; debugging payroll/FI posting issues; interfaces with downstream Finance systems; large-volume performance experience preferred
