- Provide 24×7 Operations & Maintenance (O&M;) support for IBM BPM/BAW platforms. N
- Administer, monitor, and maintain IBM BPM/BAW environments across Development, UAT, and Production. N
- Perform patching, upgrades, deployments, and setting configuration activities. N
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform availability and performance. N
- Conduct performance tuning, capacity planning, and incident/problem management. N
- Coordinate with IBM/OEMteams for PMRs, support tickets, and issue resolution. N
- Manage Disaster Recovery (DR) operations, including DR drills, failover, and switchover activities between DC and DR sites. N
- Ensure compliance with defined SLAs, security policies, and operational procedures. N
- Prepare operational reports, technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles. N
