- Stay updated on employment laws, labor regulations, and compliance requirements and assess their impact on the company. N
- Analyze regulatory changes and provide advisory to internal stakeholders to ensure compliance N
- Support our HR team foremployment regulations related to employee lifecycle management and statutory compliance related aspects. N
- Implementation of the latest amendment and notification pertaining to labor and employment law at an organization level N
- Enable the ongoing identification of operational and regulatory risk ensuring explicit mitigation plans are defined, tracked and implemented. N

nAudits & Risk Assessments

- Conduct periodic compliance audits and risk assessments to identify potential gaps. N




- Implement corrective actions and best practices to mitigate compliance risks. N
- Maintain records and reports on compliance activities, audits, and findings. N

nStakeholder Management & Advisory

- Work closely withcorporate, legal, and HR teams to ensure employment policies align with regulatory standards. N
- Provide advisory support on compliance-related matters, including hiring, termination, workplace policies, and employee relations etc. N

nKey Qualifications& Skills
N✔ Experience: 6-7 years in HR compliance – India and globally .
