We are looking for a Director, Professional Services to join our team. This is a Hybrid role based in Bangalore, reporting to SVP, Skilled Services & Consulting. In this role, you will be highly engaged in strategic post-sales deployment programs for our clients, overseeing a growing team of technical consultants, project managers, and deployment specialists who are instrumental in driving successful implementations, enabling client adoption, and fostering long-term partnerships. You will ensure customer-centric excellence while driving the efficiency, scalability, and profitability of Zscaler’s service offerings, collaborating cross-functionally with sales, customer success, support, and product teams to deliver technical cloud security solutions that help our customers future-proof their networks.
