Job Summary
The Senior Staff Software Engineer provides strategic leadership focused on driving the architecture, design, and delivery of advanced financial technology systems. This position requires deep technical mastery, mentorship of engineers and collaboration across senior leadership. Engineers in this role lead innovation, optimize processes, and ensure solutions align with business objectives and enterprise standards and architect and lead full stack development across the SDLC, enhancing frontend, backend, and UI/UX components

Essential Job Functions
- Drive the design, development, and delivery of advanced financial technology solutions. Translate complex business needs into technical designs and oversee their implementation. Lead architectural decisions to ensure scalability, security, and performance. Take ownership of the most critical systems and resolve high-impact issues efficiently.
