EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent work experience equally preferable
CERTIFICATIONS
• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
• Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM)




• Certified Training and Development Skilled (CTDP)
• Certified Professional in Online Learning (COP)
WORK EXPERIENCE
• 1-3 years of experience in learning and development or HR analytics
• Exposure to delivering Learning and Development (L & D) solutions to various types and levels of talent (e.g., soft skills, induction, etc.) OR
• Human resources (HR) administration or operations experience or previous success educating on or influencing the adoption of, new technologies and/or products
• Training experience in financial services or other highly regulated environment a plus
• Experience in a complex and/or global environment a plus
FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
• Strong attention to detail with experience working with large data-sets
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of learning and development best practices
• Advanced capabilities with MS Office software and collabor
