This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist based in India.

This role serves as a key operational partner for marketing campaign initiatives, helping turn strategies into well-executed, measurable programs. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders to define campaign objectives, timelines, and execution plans. The position combines marketing operations, campaign management, process optimization, and project coordination. You’ll build, test, and launch sophisticated campaigns across marketing platforms, including automated nurture and lifecycle programs. Success in this role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment. You’ll also help identify operational challenges, remove bottlenecks, and continuously improve the way campaigns are delivered. This is a remote opportunity with occasional travel for team, project, or customer meetings.

Accountabilities:




- Partner with stakeholders to develop campaign strategies, objectives, timelines, and execution plans.
- Build, configure, test, and execute marketing campaigns across relevant platforms.
- Develop and manage complex automated programs, including lead nurture, customer lifecycle nurture, audience segmentation, and workflow automation.
- Prioritize, track, and document campaign requests, updates, and deliverables using project management tools such as Jira.
- Coordinate multiple campaign initiatives simultaneously, ensuring priorities and deadlines remain aligned with business objectives.
- Identify and resolve operational roadblocks and campaign issues to support successful execution.
- Optimize campaign operations and internal processes to improve efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and create scalable workflows.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the campaign lifecycle.
