Job Purpose

Design, configure, test, and continuously improve enterprise process intelligence solutions and business process monitoring capabilities using Celonis EMS and related enterprise technologies.

Support business transformation initiatives through IT changes,



Agile DevOps delivery, and process optimization activities in line with global Information Technology (IT), enterprise architecture, and security standards to enable operational excellence, process transparency, and measurable business value.

The role contributes to data-driven decision making by translating business process requirements into scalable process mining solutions, dashboards, analytics, and actionable insights across global business functions.
- The Technical Engineer in IT Operations is responsible for translating business process requirements into detailed functional designs, Celonis stories, KPIs, dashboards, and EMS configurations in accordance with enterprise architecture and security standards.
