About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure and End User Support professional to support infrastructure operations, IT transformation projects, and manufacturing plant environments. The role covers network administration, Windows/Microsoft 365, Active Directory, endpoint security, disaster recovery, and EUC support. The candidate will work with global, regional, local IT teams, vendors, and application support teams.

Job Description

The role involves supporting IT carve-out, transition, standardization, and digital transformation initiatives, including the deployment and upgrade of network infrastructure such as switches, firewalls, and wireless solutions. The resource will also provide day-to-day support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and business applications.

The position includes managing incidents and service requests, user onboarding and offboarding, access management, IT asset inventory, software licenses, endpoint security, patch management, and antivirus compliance.



The candidate will also participate in security audits and identify infrastructure and compliance risks.

In a manufacturing workplace, the role will support shopfloor technologies including barcode scanners, label printers, biometric devices, CCTV, and access control systems. Responsibilities also include disaster recovery testing, preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, documentation, reporting, and ensuring availability of critical production-related IT systems.
