In 2008, NKG started a 60:40 joint venture with Jayanti Group and changed the company name to “NKG Jayanti Coffee”. Over the years,

Your responsibilities
Roasting & Cupping
- Perform daily sample roasting as per defined roasting profiles.
- Conduct cupping sessions for internal evaluation, procurement support, and customer requirements.
- Record cupping scores, sensory notes, and quality observations with consistency.
- Maintain cupping lab cleanliness, setup, and calibration of equipment.
- Support Quality Head in quality protocols and tasting panel coordination.
