We are looking for a skilled and analytical Data Analyst – BI with strong hands-on expertise in Tableau and SQL to transform complex financial and operational data into actionable business insights.
The role will focus on developing high-quality dashboards, reports, visualisations, and analytical solutions that help business and leadership teams understand performance, identify risks, and make informed decisions. The ideal candidate should combine strong technical BI capabilities with a explicit understanding of business requirements and data storytelling.

Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and maintain executive and operational dashboards using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud.
- Build interactive and production-ready Tableau dashboards that effectively communicate business and financial insights.
- Use advanced Tableau features including LOD expressions,



calculated fields, parameters, custom calculations, and action filters.
- Optimise Tableau workbooks, dashboards, and data sources for improved performance and faster rendering.
- Manage the complete Tableau development lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance.
- Write complex and optimised SQL queries to extract, transform, join, and structure data for reporting and analysis.
- Prepare and transform data for Tableau dashboards and business reporting.
- Build reports, visualisations, and analytical solutions using Tableau and other relevant BI tools.
- Collaborate with Finance, Risk, and business stakeholders to define and track meaningful business KPIs.
- Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance gaps.
