Description
The Engineer / Senior Engineer – Building Technology Systems (BTS) will support the design and delivery of ICT, AV, security and ELV systems for commercial, hospitality, residential, mixed-use, healthcare and infrastructure projects, from concept through construction documentation, in line with project requirements, standards and authority regulations.

Responsibilities
Design & Engineering
- Design BTS systems including ICT, AV, security, ELV, telecommunications, Wi-Fi, VMS, ANPR, intercom, visitor management, parking, DAS, smart building and IoT systems.
- Prepare concept, schematic, detailed design and tender deliverables.
- Develop layouts, risers, schematics, rack elevations and equipment schedules.
- Perform system sizing, calculations and capacity assessments.
- Prepare technical specifications and basis of design reports.
- Ensure designs comply with project requirements, applicable standards and authority regulations.
- Ensure compliance with ANSI/TIA, ISO/IEC, BICSI, NFPA, IEEE, local authority and client requirements.

Project Delivery




- Coordinate BTS designs with architecture, MEP, structural and specialist disciplines.
- Attend design reviews and coordination meetings.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals and RFIs.
- Identify design risks and propose practical solutions.

Documentation & Quality
- Prepare reports, narratives and calculations.
- Maintain documentation in line with company quality procedures.
- Review drawings and specifications for quality and consistency.
- Ensure deliverables are completed within project schedule and budget.

Software’s
AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, security and ICT design tools, and BIM coordination workflows.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications or a related discipline.
- 4–6 years’ experience in ICT, AV, security or ELV design consultancy.
- Demonstrated experience in multidisciplinary projects.
