Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Associate Network Engineer to join our Global Network Engineering team. In this role,



you will be responsible for evaluating, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex network communication infrastructures to support seamless global connectivity. You will join a dedicated, team-oriented global team that values operational reliability, innovation, and high-impact technical support.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Configure, maintain, and optimize global customer network infrastructure, including routers, firewalls, switches, and load balancers, to deliver reliable systems performance and uptime.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve network issues ranging from major outages to daily escalations, while managing carrier maintenance and routine preventative measures like Simple Network Management Protocol monitoring and software upgrades.
- Collaborate with internal teams, global customers, and external vendors to create comprehensive network documentation, manage Domain Name System, Dynamic Host C
