Job Title: Ironing Master

Job Summary
The Ironing Master is responsible for handling garment ironing and finishing activities, ensuring garments are properly pressed, wrinkle-free, and meet the required quality standards before packing.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform ironing and pressing of garments according to product specifications.
- Set and operate steam irons, pressing machines, and related equipment safely.
- Ensure proper temperature and steam settings based on fabric type.
- Check garments for wrinkles, creases, stains, and other finishing defects.
- Maintain the shape, appearance, and quality of garments during ironing.
- Follow daily production targets and finishing requirements.




- Handle garments carefully to prevent burns, marks, or damage.
- Identify and report quality issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards in the ironing area.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of ironing equipment.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies.
- Guide and support ironing operators/trainees when required.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Skills & Competencies
- Valuable knowledge of garment ironing and finishing.
- Knowledge of different fabric types
