The Product Owner (PO) is a subject matter expert and the content authority for the team level within the Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprises (SAFe). This role is dedicated to driving AI-powered HR Service Delivery through ServiceNow Now Assist, focusing on designing, owning, and scaling intelligent HR use cases that transform employee experience.
The PO is responsible for a portfolio of AI-driven HR products and services,
including managing the team backlog, writing, prioritizing, and accepting user stories, and representing HR stakeholders to the Agile team. They optimize return on investment by ensuring Scrum team members deliver the most valuable AI-enabled features and workflows.
The role has strong relationships and responsibilities outside the local team, including working with Product Management to prepare for Program Backlog, participating in Agile Release Train (ART) Sync meetings, and collaborating to deliver end-to-end solution value.
