Purpose of the Role

The role is responsible for supporting day-to-day Accounting Operations by ensuring accurate and compliant financial transactions across accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, invoicing, cost accounting, and budget accounting processes.



The role applies established accounting standards and operational procedures while collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality financial operations.

You will be Responsible for:
- Supporting day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Invoicing, Cost Accounting, and Budget Accounting activities.
- Processing financial transactions accurately and in compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation to support operational efficiency, internal controls, and audit readiness.
- Performing cost and budget-related activities, including analysing direct and indirect costs, monitoring variances, and supporting financial reporting.
- Applying standardized accounting procedures while exercising sound judgement within established guidelines and escalating non-routine issues where appropriate.
