Job Summary
Responsible for supporting, configuring, and continuously improving the software engineering tooling ecosystem used by R&D; teams across the organization. The role helps ensure that tools supporting planning, collaboration, coding, testing, building, securing and deploying software remain reliable,



effective and aligned with the needs of engineering teams.
Examples of supported platforms include Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Bamboo, Artifactory and other software engineering, DevOps, and developer productivity tools.
The Software Tooling Support Engineer works closely with engineering teams, support partners, and stakeholders to provide operational support, implement improvements, and contribute to a consistent developer experience across the software development lifecycle.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Application Support & Service Delivery
· Provide functional and operational support for assigned software engineering tools and platforms.
· Resolve incidents, service requests, and user-reported issues within agreed service levels.
· Support users with application usage, access management and configuration-related requests.
· Collaborate with support teams and suppliers to ensure effective service delivery.
