As an Executive Director within J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, you build industry leading products for our clients and advisors. As a leader on the team, you leverage your skillset to transform product delivery and create recent ways for teams to continuously deliver value to their customers. Mentor a dedicated team and lead key activities across the product life cycle, turning challenges into opportunities for continuous value and delivery. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and data analytics, to deliver meaningful enhancements to your customers. You will leverage your analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions.

Job responsibilities




- Oversee the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets
- Lead the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets like cost, features, reusability, and reliability to support growth
- Coach and mentor the product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery
- Own product performance and invest in enhancements to achieve business objectives
- Monitor market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and identify opportunities for product differentiation
- Define and execute the end-to-end product strategy, leveraging advanced analytics and optimization
