This role is a key part of an established global design team for the SMB Ads Marketing Team with this long-time client - a global leader in the Tech industry. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Hybrid Designer to create high-quality static design content across digital campaigns, social platforms and other platforms as required. In this role you can spend time on site at the client office if applicable, and be supported by our appointed Design Lead for this business area. You will have a broad range of fundamental design skills, and be highly proficient in digital design.




Initially you will work closely with the client to fully understand and adopt the brand, design guidelines and processes. You will be creating Figma specific toolkits, design systems and outputs, be responsible for total scaled output for multiple campaigns, across various platforms including Social Ads, Video Content (if applicable), UI Elements etc Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud. You will ensure that designs adhere to brand guidelines and respond promptly to client feedback and amends. Where needed, you may be required to provide additional support on motion design outputs, primarily using Adobe After Effects and other similar design tools. Building strong client relationships is a vital aspect of this role so you should have confidence in your design skills, in working directly with the client, and be able to present your work as required.
