Job Description

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Security Testing & Engineering to lead a global organization responsible for reducing product risk through security testing, security engineering, automation, adversarial security assessments, and technical partnership with product development teams.




This leader will build and scale a high-performing team that combines security expertise with engineering capability to deliver security assessments, testing frameworks, automation, tooling, and scalable security solutions across ServiceNow products and platforms. The role requires a solid technical leader who can drive operational excellence, engineering innovation, and measurable security outcomes.
What You Will Do
Lead Security Testing & Engineering
- Lead a global team responsible for security testing, security engineering, offensive security assessments, and product risk reduction.
- Define technical strategy, operating models, and quality standards for testing and engineering activities.
- Drive a culture of technical excellence, innovation, accountability, and data-driven decision making.
- Energize the team around the organization's security vision, capturing people's imaginations about where product security is headed and why the work matters.
