Job Summary
The HCM Systems Analyst – Dayforce is a hands-on configuration role responsible for building, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the organization’s Dayforce HCM platform across Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance/Workforce Management, Recruiting, Performance, Compensation, and Learning.
This role serves as a functional and technical Dayforce resource, partnering with HR Operations, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Learning, HR Business Partners, IT, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective and scalable system solutions.
The ideal candidate has strong hands-on Dayforce configuration experience and is comfortable independently researching issues, building solutions, testing changes, troubleshooting complex problems, and continuously improving the platform within a complex, global HCM setting.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and optimize Dayforce modules, including:

Core HR / People
Payroll
Time & Attendance / Workforce Management
Recruiting
Performance Management
Compensation
Learning





Build and modify Dayforce configuration, including workflows, forms, approval processes, eligibility rules, business rules, security roles, notifications, and other system functionality.
Translate business requirements into effective Dayforce solutions while considering system scalability, usability, data integrity, and downstream impacts.
Partner with HR and Payroll teams to design and implement system enhancements and process improvements.
Troubleshoot complex system, configuration, and data issues; identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
Support configuration and system administration for recurring HR processes, including payroll, performance reviews, compensation cycles, recruiting activities, learning programs, and employee lifecycle events.
Perform impact analysis, configuration, testing, and validation for system changes, enhancements, releases, and new functionality.
