Marketing & Brand Graphics Designer

The Rapaport Group is an international network of companies providing added-value services that support the development of fair, transparent, competitive and efficient diamond and jewelry markets. We are looking for a Marketing & Brand Graphics Designer to join our team.

This position is responsible for producing high-quality visual assets across Rapaport Trade’s digital ecosystem, including ads, product feature graphics, social content, newsletters, video assets, and tradeshow materials. The role supports ongoing marketing initiatives, including product launches, webinars, The Diamond Pulse newsletter, and major industry events such as AGTA and JCK, while maintaining strong brand consistency across web, mobile, and print.

Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality graphics for digital and print campaigns, including ads, email newsletters, social media creatives, YouTube thumbnails, case studies, and event collateral
- Produce visually compelling assets for product marketing: UI mockups, app store screenshots, infographics,



testimonials, and promotional layouts
- Design and prepare materials for industry events and tradeshows, including signage, booth graphics, and printed collateral
- Support brand-level conceptual design and day-to-day production work, ensuring visual consistency across all channels
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and events teams to execute campaigns and product launches
- Optimize creatives for multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, mobile, responsive web)
- Prepare assets for email campaigns (HubSpot or similar), with basic HTML/CSS adjustments as needed
- Execute static, animated, and short-form video content using Adobe Creative Cloud tools
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting
