Job Purpose

Drive portfolio health and business quality for TW Sales through effective portfolio monitoring, delinquency tracking, MIS governance, data analytics and coordination with field and internal teams. Provide timely insights and follow-up mechanisms to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

MIS, Reporting & Analytics , Process Improvement & Automation
- Strong MIS, data analytics, and portfolio monitoring capabilities.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Lookups, Power Query and data handling.
- Knowledge of dashboard creation,



reporting automation and data visualization.
- Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to analyse large datasets and convert data into actionable business insights.
- Automate and streamline recurring reports wherever possible to improve efficiency and reduce manual dependency.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent execution and time-management capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving and process-improvement orientation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver time-sensitive activities with accuracy.
