About this Role





We are seeking an experienced Digital Workplace leader to define, lead and execute Vodafone’s global Digital Workplace strategy, operations, transformation and commercialisation agenda. This role is accountable for delivering secure, scalable, AI-enabled and customer-centric workplace services that enhance employee productivity, collaboration and digital experience while driving operational excellence and measurable business outcomes.

The role provides leadership across Digital Workplace domains including Messaging, Collaboration, Unified Endpoint Management, Infrastructure, Real-Time Communications, Service Operations, Project Management and Workplace Transformation. Operating across India and Egypt VOIS Shared Services Centres, the successful candidate will work closely with global stakeholders and maintain a functional reporting relationship with the Global Head of Digital Workplace Solution
