The Role

Lead the Industrial Coatings division end-to-end — strategy, P&L;, and team — driving revenue growth and market share across manufacturing, automotive, construction equipment, and infrastructure sectors. Reports to the NSM.

Who We're Looking For




- Self-driven leader who owns outcomes and thinks big picture, not just quarter-to-quarter

- 10+ years in B2B industrial sales, with 5+ years in a leadership role
- Paint industry background strongly preferred;
industrial paints/coatings experience a must
- Preferably under 45 years of age
- Out-of-the-box thinker who challenges convention and builds recent market approaches
- Natural fit for an owner-driven, entrepreneurial culture — hands-on, fast-moving, accountable

Key Responsibilities
- Own P&L; and drive exponential revenue growth for the Industries vertical
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of regional sales managers
- Identify and win new business with key industrial accounts
- Build long-term relationships with distributors, dealers, and end-users
- Partner with R&D;, marketing, and technical teams to align products with market needs
- Track compet
