Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Luxury Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in luxury sales within the wedding décor and event industry, with the ability to build relationships with high-net-worth clients and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role involves driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful execution of premium wedding décor projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate recent business opportunities and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Meet prospective clients to understand their requirements, preferences, themes, and budgets.
- Present and promote luxury wedding décor concepts and customized solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, wedding planners, event organizers, venues,



and other industry partners.
- Prepare quotations and proposals, and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Coordinate with the design, operations, and production teams to ensure flawless execution of events.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports and forecasts.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging luxury wedding concepts.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury sales, wedding décor, event management, hospitality, or premium lifestyle brands.
- Proven experience in handling premium and high-net-worth clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong client relationship management and networking abilities.
