DESCRIPTION
Join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Senior Salesforce Developer, where you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions that support critical business processes.
This is a hands-on development role for someone who can work independently, understand business requirements, translate them into effective technical solutions,



and take ownership of delivery from design through implementation and production support.
The successful candidate will also be expected to provide technical guidance to other developers, contribute to solution design discussions, review technical implementations, and help drive development best practices across the team.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce administrators, architects, integration teams, QA, and other cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions across the Salesforce platform.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and other platform capabilities.
- Work independently on complex enhancements and development requirements with minimal supervision.
- Translate functional and business requirements into well-designed technical solutions.
