About the Role

We are looking for an experienced State Head – Corporate Sales to lead and grow the Corporate Insurance business for the respective region.

The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in direct corporate client acquisition, Commercial Insurance, Insurance Broking/General Insurance, team leadership and P&L; ownership.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Corporate Sales function for the respective state.
- Drive new corporate client acquisition through direct sales.
- Build and manage relationships with CXOs, CFOs, CHROs, Risk Heads and other senior decision-makers.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the Commercial Insurance portfolio.
- Identify new business opportunities across large corporates, mid-market companies and SMEs.
- Lead the complete sales cycle prospecting, client meetings, requirement assessment, RFQs, negotiations and closure.




- Manage and develop a high-performing Corporate Sales team.
- Own business targets, revenue growth and P&L;/business profitability.
- Build robust relationships with insurers and internal stakeholders to deliver suitable insurance solutions.
- Drive cross-selling and up-selling across the corporate portfolio.
- Track sales pipeline, GWP, conversion ratios, renewals and business performance.
- Develop the regional market and build a sustainable corporate client portfolio.

- Fire & Property Insurance
- Marine Insurance
- Engineering Insurance
- Liability Insurance
- Workmen Compensation
- Industrial All Risk (IAR)
- Contractors All Risk (CAR)
- Group Medical Cover (GMC)
- Group Personal Accident (GPA)
- Other Corporate Risk & Commercial Insurance solutions
