We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Compliance Audit Associate to join our team during a period of rapid global expansion. In this role, you will serve as a primary line of defence, ensuring the rigorous application of our compliance policies and procedures across all international offices. As a key member of a energetic, high-performing team, you will conduct internal audits of the entire consultation lifecycle—from initial expert vetting to client interaction—to mitigate risk and uphold the industry-leading standards that define the Third Bridge compliance framework.

This is an internal Compliance Audit role within a non-regulated organization, focused on assessing adherence to the company’s compliance framework, identifying design and control gaps, and investigating instances of potential non-compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal compliance audits using the organization’s compliance framework to assess adherence to policies, processes, and controls.
- Perform Design Gap Assessments (DGA) to evaluate control design and identify process and compliance gaps.
- Support targeted finance and expense audits, focusing on process and control compliance rather than statutory/financial reporting requirements.
- Assist with investigations and reviews of red flags, suspected non-compliance, and control breaches, including root-cause analysis and documentation of findings.
