Job DescriptionJob Summary: We are looking for an employee experience & internal communications qualified who will play a key role in creating a positive, engaging, and connected workplace. You will be responsible for designing and executing employee engagement initiatives, driving internal communication, strengthening organizational culture and values, and enhancing overall employee experience. Key Responsibilities: Employee Experience - Design and execute the annual employee engagement calendar. - Partner with HRBPs, L&D;, Talent Acquisition and business teams on employee experience initiatives. - Track employee experience metrics such as engagement, participation, satisfaction, retention and eNPS. - Plan and conduct engagement activities, events, campaigns, and employee connect initiatives. - Design and execute employee experience initiatives across the employee lifecycle. - Manage employee engagement programs, campaigns and activities. - Conduct employee pulse surveys, engagement surveys and feedback mechanisms. - Analyse employee feedback and identify key experience gaps.



- Promote recognition and appreciation programs. - Manage event vendors, budgets, timelines, and logistics. Internal Communication - Develop action plans to improve engagement, culture, communication and retention. - Create engaging communication for employees across email, WhatsApp, intranet, newsletters, town halls, and other channels. - Draft leadership communications, announcements, campaigns, and employee updates. - Maintain communication calendars and ensure timely publishing. - Drive initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and values. - Develop monthly/quarterly engagement dashboards. - Measure initiatives through metrics such as participation, satisfaction, communication reach, and employee sentiment.
