nTraincrest and EzyBite build software for restaurants — their own online ordering website, so they keep their customers instead of renting them from Uber Eats and DoorDash. Every independent restaurant in North America is handing 25–30% of each order to an aggregator. We give them a way to stop.

nThat's an easy thing to want and a hard thing to get someone to sit still for. Which is why we need someone who can actually cold call.
n

nWhat you'll do
nCold call independent, locally-owned restaurants across the US and Canada. Not chains, not franchises — owner-operators, the person who picks up the phone themselves
nGet past "we're busy right now" and earn a real conversation
nUnderstand what they're paying the aggregators today, and show them the maths
nClose the deal. This is not appointment-setting for someone else — you take it to signed




nKeep your own pipeline honest and worked, every single shift
nThe hours — please read this carefully

nThe shift is fixed at 10:00am to 6:00pm Pacific time, Monday through Friday, because that's when North American restaurant owners will take a call. Weekends off. That is a night shift wherever you are:

n(Shifts by an hour in winter, when North America comes off daylight saving.)

nThese hours can't be flexed. You'll also need reliable internet and power for the whole shift. Please don't apply if this doesn't work for your life — we'd far rather know now than in month two.

nRequirements — these are genuinely non-negotiable
nExcellent spoken English. You'll be cold calling strangers who owe you nothing and can hang up at any moment. They have to understand you instantly
