N2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
NLead Generation & Business Development

- Generate prospective client leads through approved channels, outbound calls, inbound enquiries, campaigns and referrals. N
- Understand prospect requirements, introduce relevant company services and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads. N
- Conduct systematic follow-ups, client meetings and conversion activities to achieve assigned acquisition and revenue targets. N

nClient Acquisition& Relationship Management

- Build professional relationships with prospective and existing clients and support a smooth client onboarding experience. N
- Maintain regular clientcommunication,

- Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of service requests and escalations. N

nSales, CRM & Reporting

- Prepare daily/weekly activity reports and participate in sales and performance-review meetings. N

nInternal Coordination

- Coordinate with Research, Operations, Compliance, Marketing and other teams as required. N
- Escalate complaints, investment-related queries and sensitive matters to the appropriate authorised function/person. N
