We are an Automobile Software Company and are looking to hire Customer Success Executives to do product onboarding and support for our Software Product
Responsibilities
1. Call non users for training and resolving issues.
2. Create Training videos and user guides.
3. Conduct webinar’s and online training’s
4. Handle customers support calls
5. Coordinate with the product team to resolve bugs and issues
Skills needed
1. Valuable English communication both written and oral
Experience
Freshiers are ok. But 1+ year in Customer support will be an advantage

Work from home
JOB TIMING
8AM to 5PM
SALARY
- Upto 2.4 Lks per annumn a remote environment, manage time effectively, and use CRM or customer success tools; a bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field is beneficial.
